Hi, I’m Alicia.

My approach to therapy was shaped long before I became a therapist.

I began my professional career as a behavior specialist, working with children experiencing behavioral challenges and supporting their parents with practical tools, resources, and strategies. That experience taught me the importance of understanding why behaviors happen—not simply trying to change what we see on the surface.

My work eventually expanded into mental health and trauma education for adults, deepening my understanding of how our experiences shape the ways we think, feel, relate, and cope.

Today, I bring that same curiosity, education, and practical perspective into my work with women.

There are seasons of life when everything feels hard. You may be overwhelmed, grieving a loss, adjusting to a diagnosis, questioning who you are, or simply realizing that the way you’ve been coping no longer feels like enough.

You may have tried therapy before. You may understand what you’re feeling but still wonder why you feel this way.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and discover practical ways to move forward.

A cozy living room with a white sofa decorated with striped and solid dark cushions, a black coffee table with a game and a tray, a wall adorned with framed blue and white inspirational posters, a tall white lamp on a small side table, and a decorative branch with lights. A round mirror reflects part of the room, and a small plant is on a table near the wall.
